If you "sneak" in flight mode, you fly down.
You can sneak while flying. However, you can't sprint then and if you do not want to fly down, you have to press the spacebar (key to jump) at the same time. It is useful if you e.g. B. Want to put a block on a box because you can then put the block and the box won't open (just like if you don't fly).
But not if you press the space bar!
