Yes, e.g. That the FPS does not exceed a limit. For me, my graphics card would not be too annoying at any limit if you hear the sounds all the time.

Sometimes good, I had a problem with fortnite where that has brought. Graphics on Ultra and always 80-100 fps but always I had such a small Micro stuttering, in the Task Manager and I did not know wiso, then I saw that Fortnite CPU is almost 100% busy and graphics card just like that, by VSync I limited it 60 FPS. See there, graphics card only at about 60% utilization and CPU just like that and the stuttering were gone.
