Minecraft Scoreboard Click-Action?

With the scoreboard you can add a "criterion" (e.g. Minecraft: used: minecraft: snowball) where it then counts how often you throw a snowball.

Are there other things besides

Snowballs, eggs, potions and ender pearl or ender eye

Depending on the tool and block on which it is used, this is instant.

Plow the ground with the hoe. Remove leaves with the scissors. Etc.
