Forge won't open. Only one document appears and that's it. Do you have any ideas?

I downloaded Minecraft today and wanted to install Forge for 1.7.10. Forge can't be opened at all. When I click on the app, a file appears but unfortunately nothing more happens. Have already downloaded and installed java. Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause?

If Java is not there> select another app> other apps> search for another app on this PC> navigate to the Java path> select javaw.exe
