Cheap and good are two words that repel each other.
Try the 700 euro PC from hardware advice.
Why should cheap and not go well together? Maybe the better choice of words would have been cheap - but that's exactly what Minecraft366 meant.
With a ready-made PC, it will probably be worse off and it also says explicitly that it assembles itself.

I guess you already have a PC? What components are installed in this? What are your demands on the graphics in the games mentioned? What monitor do you have?
If you already have a computer, it would also be important to know which HDD / SSD, power supply, RAM etc. Are installed.
The right word would have been cheap, and I also suggested a solution in the second sentence.
