I'm probably not the first to ask if this "gaming" PC is good.
First of all, there's one thing to say: I don't play really graphics-intensive games.
Mostly games like Minecraft, Conquerors Blade, Anno 1800 and sometimes Dead by Daylight. 70 to 80 FPS are enough for me, I don't notice any difference in most games anyway.
This is the first time that I assemble a PC myself and I have no experience accordingly. I got the recommendation for the parts from a friend who will also help me with the assembly. Then why am I asking the questions here? It's always better to have a second opinion. :. For info: I get power cables and an SSD from him. Below I write down the parts that I will use. Graffikarte has not yet been determined, because I'm currently still looking at ebay classifieds, as you can't get a graffikarte for a fair price at the moment. Here are the parts:
CPU: Intel Core i5 10400F 2.9 GHz 6-core processor
Motherboard: ASRock B560M-HDV Micro ATX LGA1200 motherboard
Working memory: Crucial Ballistix 16GB (2x8GB) DDRç-3600 CL16 memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2TB 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Graffikarte: As I said, I'm not sure yet, probably a GTX 960 or 970 needed, should have at least 4GB and not too expensive, unfortunately I'm not not rich. I would be happy to receive graphic card suggestions.
Housing: Inter Tech Wll RGB, acrylic window, I'm also still thinking about it, because I would rather have something from a brand that you know (NZXT etc…) because I have more trust in principle. If you have suggestions, preferably with RGB, but please don't be too wild, I don't think that looks nice anymore.
Ask:
1. Regarding the CPU: What about a ventilation system? I've seen a lot of YouTubers adding an extra one. On the Internet it says that it is usually included in the delivery? Is an extra fan worth it / do you need one? And there was also something on the Internet about thermal paste that you smear on the CPU.
2. What about sound and something like that, I would like to have surround sound, plus Wi-Fi, no idea whether you have to buy something extra, maybe the questions are very stupid, as I said, I know my way around.
3. Is it difficult to upgrade the pc? That's exactly why I wanted a rather cheap one from NZXT, because I think more parts fit in there?
4. What about RGB lights, are there any kits that can be reamed afterwards? I'm a big fan of such calm RGB lights
Please only honest answers, I have no idea about PCs, maybe I'll come across as mega stupid ^^. As I said, my price budget is 550 euro. Thank you very much to all of the answers
LG Commander
Editing: If you have any questions that I can answer, ask ^^
Would wait. The prices are extreme, EXTREMELY high
Sounds pretty good actually and over 30 FPS (I think it was) you won't notice it anyway
I know that, but I can't wait any longer because my old pc is broken
Nah, that only ends at around 250FPS
You probably mean 60 FPS
