Since I still have a finished PC and it does not pack the new games, I would like to buy a new PC. This time I do not want a PC, but a PC because I can assemble myself as a beginner. As a beginner I unfortunately do not know which parts are good for a good PC. For this reason, I have searched the Internet and came across the site HardwareDealz. At the beginning I wanted to buy a PC for about 1000 euro, but unfortunately I have recently learned that the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 Ti is no longer produced and now became more expensive. Now I have decided on the side for the 1200 Euro PC. There, a Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 is used. The question is which of the RTX 2070 cards should one get from the price-performance ratio? Is it worth it to get the card and are the parts good? At the moment I would like to get a good PC for Skyrim, Fallout 4, Ark, GTA 5 and possibly Minecraft fully gemodded. Also, I want to have a PC of at least 5 years without graphics of current games have to screw down strong. I would like to upgrade after 5 years. Also, I want to get a VR glasses in 2-3 years. Do I have to get a suitable monitor immediately or would there be severe graphics problems? I currently have the MD 20432. Currently I would not need a drive for CD's but would it go that something in the housing offered purely screwed or would you then simply drauflegen on the housing? And which one should I get? Is there anything else I need to consider in the PC and where to buy the parts? I apologize for the long text and grammatical errors and thank everyone.

5 years - would you like to…
Theoretically, only the current graphics card (Geforce GTX 650) is the problem for the mentioned games. The rest should be as far as possible for the games mentioned, if you currently have at least 8 GB of RAM.
Since the mentioned motherboard (MS - 7797) of your present computer has a normal ATX main plug, for the next 6 - 12 months the pure change of the power supply should be in favor of a Be Quiet Straight Power 11 with 450 to 550 Watt, and then depending on the space in the housing a Geforce GTX 1060 - 6GB (Mini / ITX).
If necessary, you will need for this motherboard to about 100 euro even an Intel Core i7-3770 (non-K). Together with the GTX 1060 it should then be sufficient in the mentioned games fluently for 1080p in high details.
You can get the SSD (Crucial MX500) already, and the rest of the money you put aside until around the middle of 2019.
Until then, the release of AMD's "Ryzen Zen 2" processors is expected.

This patience is interesting for the reason that your project "3D - VR" requires very high - performance hardware for the necessary minimum FPS. Since I do not even see a GeForce RTX 2070 really.
Ultimately, even with an RTX 2070, you would not expect that in 2-3 years it will be enough for all your needs. Therefore, wait and see what Zen 2 actually does, and how AMD and Nvidia continue to work on graphics cards goes.
