Play GTA Five on MacBook 2016 (12 inches)?

I'm a student / student and want to get me a Mac Book for the lessons / study (Mac Book 2016 12inch) A question can you on the Mac Book also Gta Five or sometimes Minecraft play? I usually need to work but you also want to play.
