That could take a while because Mojang does not seem to pay much attention to the PE edition there, which makes a loss on every sold thing. For 23.95 euro, no one would instal a Handyapp. 0.5% of the players make up 50% of the profit of an app.
Mojang hates the PE players. They can't copy the Java code right now because it's Android / IOS.
Mojang has nothing to do with the PE. That makes Microsoft.

The 1.7 version is as far as I know right away with the Java Edition 1.13
Also, the 1.14 (Java Edition) has not yet been released.
Why is the end of the official website "Microsoft Studios" and is the Microsoft logo to watch? Microsoft bought Mojang.
But not more. Mojang only cares about the Java Edition. Everything else makes Microsoft itself but in the Java version they do not interfere.
