I currently have the problem that my Minecraft lags in full screen when I record / stream with OBS-Studio. It may be because of the bit rate because it is only 4500. Does anyone have any idea what I can do? The stream is not lagging!

It helps to reduce the range of vision as this generates more fps.

If it's lagging in-game while recording is in progress, it's probably really because your PC isn't good enough. The bit rate is ok, definitely take 30 FPS and nothing more.
If the recording file is lagging later, this may also be due to incorrect settings in OBS.
