Why is Minecraft lying with mods?

I play Minecraft on the 1.8 Forge version 11.14.3.1450 with 3 mods (Xaeros Minimap, Optifine and Damage Indicators and when I go to a world or on a server it's extremely extreme. It's strange that this has only been the case yesterday and It started when I played Griefergames.net on the server and teleported to a property, then I wanted to play on the Hypixel.net server where it was, but I also created and tested a new world whether it is there with the result "Yes". I also tried to change the 1.8 Forge version (without success) and to play without mods on the 1.8 as normal and this worked I have been playing with the 3 mods for several months and this has never been the case before.
