We made a minecraft nitradoserver in 1.16.5 on 2000mb ram and we're 7 players and it lags when you mine, kill mobs and sometimes chunks don't load. What can you do there?

Difficult to explain, if you want to install plugins on your server, for example, you can only do that with Spigot. Spigot is usually better optimized. I don't know, but maybe you can choose Spigot or Bukkit 1.16.5 from Nitrado.
