I want to get a server soon, but I don't know how much gb I need for a server with 20 slots, so I wanted to orient myself to the realms. Can someone tell me how much I need best and maybe even where I can rent such a server for less than 10 euro a month?

Unfortunately, RTX and mods don't work on many servers. You can only change textures and / or set up a NukkitX server with plugins:
