Who knows such a Minecraft server?

I'm looking for a Minecraft server with an economic system and you should also be able to trade with other players. Redstone should also be activated directly, so you shouldn't have to make a redstone application beforehand in a forum.

You should also have your own plot of land that you can build on, similar to addiction and rest only that you have already activated Redstone on your plot. Who knows such a server?
