Hi. I discovered the hoster "Mine-Hoster". The Minecraft servers look pretty cheap there. I plan to buy a 2GB Ram Server for 2 euro a month. Can you tell me if the hoster is secure or if there are hidden costs? That seems to me something "almost too cheap" xD
Looks serious. However, you only have 10GB of storage space, which should be enough. What do you need the server for? Maybe a V-Server would be better.
Was with Mine Hoster for over a year. They are really great. Mega cheap, as many slots as you want, no failures. But we had the premium package with more power because our world was quite huge.
Have only recently switched to another provider, which is even cheaper. However, we will likely go back to Mine Hoster next month
With the premium package there's as much storage as you need. And that is still very cheap compared to others
I'm very happy with minehoster. (3 servers with 5 GB RAM each and their own ips). Have been for 7 months now? At minehoster, was previously at nitrado (wrong decision). So I always pay the price it costs, I have not yet received any unwanted costs.
OK. That sounds perfect. Then I'll try it out!
I plan to close a small minigame server.
Public or just for you and a few friends?
OK. At first I thought about taking Nitrado. But then I prefer mine hosters!
I don't think you can pay for Nitrado in the long run.
Public. I wanted to choose around 10 slots.
Yes that's true
Hmm, for a public minigame server I would rather recommend a root server, because you can set up a database, a website and a TeamSpeak. However, it costs more.
It's just a recommendation, but Mine-Hoster is definitely not bad.
Do you know a cheap root server provider?
Uff, I was at MC-Host24 for a long time, but there are definitely better ones. No idea.
What can you recommend to me there for attitudes? So with a root server at Mc-Host24?
It depends on what your server should pack
So I thought of a 2/3 GB Minecraft server. I don't know much about Teamspeak. So how much ram a reasonably good Ts3 server needs.
No I mean, minigames. Bedwars? Skyways? How many servers? KnockIt? How many servers? How many lobbies? Music bots etc?
I thought of bedwars, duels and hide and seek. How many servers… Uh, if I need one server for each round, then vl 5
