If you build something on a Minecraft Server, who does it belong to according to the law and the Mojang Terms and Conditions?

Re

The program you use belongs to Microsoft, they got it by buying Mojang.
They sell you the rights to play the game.

The server gives you the platform and the possibility to build. The owner of it is like a landlord.
You, the player, are allowed to use the game and the server.

The right of how long your stuff stays accessible depends on the owner of the server.

The ideas you build are yours. Do you leave them on the server you give them away, unless there are agreements with the "landlords" (server owners).

Co

If you create something that does not violate the law / AGBs… So I'm going to assume that the object belongs to you

Ch

Steffert but if I have built something and the server operator takes me away and simply sells it as his.

Re

Then that's stupid, but he does not punishable.

He lies and cheats others. If he makes money with the server because of your creations, it may be something else, but only if you can prove that your work is significantly responsible for his earnings.

Unfortunately, there's no Minecraft Police.
