I (my father /) bought a Minecraft account 2/3 days ago. Unfortunately this is now yes with Microsoft. Since today, every time I want to start the game (not the launcher) I get a prompt to log in and then I'm told that I have violated the Microsoft terms and conditions. Now they want to have a cell phone number that we didn't give when we registered. At the moment I can always click away the message and the game starts (I also get to the server) but if I log out of the launcher or be logged out, I have a problem. I know that the problem would be solved if you entered a real cell phone number, but my father doesn't want that (he won't be able to avoid it). But now finally to the right question: my father would only consider giving a cell phone number there if he knows why this message came. Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks for reading and thanks for every answer in advance!
Interestingly enough, these messages came to me several times after days of inactivity and only a little use of your operating system. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be a reason…
But in really trying to find out what you did wrong, you need to read through the entire service contract.
Thanks! The problem remains but that there's still no answer that my father gives his cell phone number there. But thanks anyway
Why so awkward. Support is there for problems with Microsoft. Just call and ask.
