Can't join my Nitrado server?

I bought a Nitrado Minecraft server around 19:30 today and can't join so far. I have already written to the support, but it says it will last up to 48 hours. Since I have paid the server but only for 30 days, is the precious time that one is missing in the end!

First, the registration takes a long time and then I can't be Connected -.-

Try again Wi-Fi and turn on again, start the pc / whatever again and try again. If it does not work then the 30 days will definitely be refunded.

The problem is unfortunately standard in Nitrado, the server is simply just bad and expensive, a possibility would probably put the server again, but probably your IP is blocked, look in the console, you get an error message if you join or at all a report?

You have just written that you are using Bungeecord 1.8. So if you normally have such a screen with "Disconnected", that means normally that the server is overloaded and he'll kick you out. You wrote, you use bungee cord. Of course I do not know if you have Bungeecord on the Nitradoserver or the Nitradoserver only as a subserver. When Bungeecord is running on the Nitradoserver, that's clearly due to Bungeecord, because Bungeecord uses a lot of power. Your little Nitradoserver would be overloaded then. So put the server rather than normal server.
