Problems in Minecraft. What to do?

I've been playing Minecraft for years and recently downloaded Optifine and it's really good. Then I decided to play mods too. So I downloaded Forge 1.16.4 35.1.37. Everything was okay in the beginning. I played a few mods and was happy. Then I made a mod server with Aternos and I could play there too. When I downloaded the Ava-Gun Mod (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/a-v-a-in-minecraft) and wanted to play forge, I got an error message like this:

Looks like Minecraft can't read the Ava - Gun Mod: (Unknown Source)

cpw / mods / modlauncher / TranzformationServicesHandler

Okay, I uninstalled the mod. But it doesn't work without it either
