Only a private blog (about you or your family) which is purely private, would be exempt.
But since you operate a public server (make available) and accordingly present a website you are next to an imprint, DSGVO and a privacy policy on your side committed. Especially when advertising is involved.
Unfortunately, there are companies (which do not even have to be serious), the lawyers on it warn off site operators, where no imprint is present (incomplete) and that can sometimes just be warned with up to 3,000 euro.
