I've seen many posts where it says: An imprint is only necessary for business services and still have no fixed answer. I only present a FAQ, set of rules and information pages, where information about the Minecraft server should come in, such as information about the next update.
What do you all mean?
Serious sites have an imprint. If that one side is purely for private pleasure and you do not earn any money with the server, you DO NOT NEED one.

If you are already providing information about updates, this could be "journalistic editorial content", for which you definitely need an inprint

I recently researched it myself. The imprint requirement is a tricky thing, everything is formulated very vaguely. In practice it all looks like you will need an imprint one way or another.
Don't you want to give your home address? Hmm, then make yourself a mailbox. Of course, it costs money monthly / annually. If in doubt, ask a lawyer, there are a few offers online. It also costs something, but not the world, and you get legally certain advice.

How about if I protect the website with a password and username? If you want, you can log in with it. Or is that pointless?
"Private website" does not mean that only a certain group of people can access it.
If you intend to do that with the username / password, you can create a Discord server right away.

Every telemedia needs an imprint if it is not used for purely private and family purposes. This is obviously not the case with you.
Incidentally, the Telemedia Act does not say "business" but "business-like". It is sufficiently well explained on the Internet what is meant by this.
