Minecraft ps4 servers not working?

Hi. I have a question and I can't use servers with Minecraft on the Ps4. The servers are shown to me in the left column, but the right side is completely empty, where should actually be joining. With my friends, it works for everyone but me. I would be very happy to receive an answer because I would love to use servers.
