Minecraft villager farm idea?

I currently have 4 villagers in one room. All are farmers. Now they are multiplying more and more because I also have enough beds. Now my problem is that I would like to zombie these baby villas later. And this automatically, so that I always get a zombie vilager with a lore that I can heal. Does anyone have any idea how I can easily separate the Villager from the babies? Didn't find any working on Google…

What is the point of healing villagers again and again?

I want to heal the zombie camps and then deal with them

And why not with the healthy cures right away, what difference does it make to infect them first?
