Theoretically one could do reverse engineering based on the naturally spawned Schen but I don't think that is a practically feasible solution.

Op is only available from admins and such. That's when you can do anything you want with commands. You can then e.g. / fill, / gamemode or / tp. You can't do that without an op. But on a server that is not owned by friends, I think it is very difficult to get the op.
