Inform in a Minecraft Server Player?

When players enter a room in a Minecraft server, is it possible to set it up when they go into the room and a message appears in their chat?

Example:

Player goes through room "A". The chat will say: "Welcome to Room A…"

At least I know that you can do it, if you commonly put on a server joint.

So it would have to go with individual rooms, but is very complex!

I can't do it myself, so I would take a look at some videos in your place.

Command block, pressure plate. It does not need more. Watch tutorials on sending messages through a Command Block.

You can do that with WorldGuard as far as I know
