When I start my Minecraft Server (Vanilla), this error message comes up:

I can't join either. When I try to stop the server nothing happens. Commands do not react either. Thanks for your help. You can't join.

Which Minecraft version?
For error handling, you could also set up the world on a spigot server https://www.spigotmc.org/...uildtools/ and start to see if it is on the server or on the Minecraft world, whose folder contents you after the first pass of the spigot server in the "world" - Can copy the folder of the spigot server.
