Then yesterday the person wrote to a team member and said that if I don't unblock him immediately on Discord he wants to report me for falsification of competition and I wanted to ask:

I think you can interpret it differently,
you make a 10 euro competition, you do not want to pay the 10 euro, banish the player with the most XP and end the competition.

In any case, this would be prohibited by law, the question is whether he really wants to report you for 10 euro…
