You have to set up port forwarding for a Minecraft server on port 25565 / tcp.
The port forwarding must point to the internal IP address of the PC (10.x.x.x or 172.16.x.x - 172.31.x.x or 192.168.x.x). The internal IP address can be found in Windows with the "ipconfig" command. Eg. 192.168.1.152
