Minecraft, RandyMC.de Help haha?

I and a friend have been playing minecraft for a long time and on different servers. In between we also play on RandyMC.de but suddenly we don't get into a round so we weren't banned or anything but if one of them is in the round and the other wants to jump a person is suddenly kicked. Do you probably know why this could be and whether we can do something about it? On other servers like Gomme or Rewi we can also play normally zsm, only on Randy and more
