Minecraft PlotSquared more plots for one player?

On my Minecraft server I create a PlotWelt, i.e. A CityBuilder server. Now I set that a player can have 4 plots.
Now you can buy 3 more plots. It all works. Since I then simply set that the buyer can have 7 plots.
But if a supporter who can have 9 plots buys the 3 plots, he can only have 7 plots.

So in short I want to know if you can say with PlotSquared permission, the player gets 3 more plots.
