I'm currently creating my own Minecraft server. On this server I want to have the Citybuild game mode. That's why I downloaded the PlotSquared plugin and put it in the plugins folder. When I restarted the server nothing happened. No config file is created and if you enter / pl in the game it will not be displayed. I have already read numerous Internet articles but have not found any suitable help.
In addition, I have already created a second test server and tried it there to see if it is possibly due to any plugin that is already installed. But it doesn't work there either. This is the error message that is displayed in the console when the server is started

I also have a Minecraft server at Minehub.de And I wanted to use the plugin once, and it didn't work. Sometimes there are bugs that are difficult or even impossible to fix.
I would recommend you
Delete the plugin and insert it again.
Check online for error messages you are getting.
Check that the server is not overloaded and therefore maybe Bugt and the Citybuild do not accept it.
If that doesn't help, it's best to contact support from your provider.
