Minecraft Server - PlotSquared - 1.13.2 Vll. Does anyone know what you can do there?

I run a minecraft server or are we currently under construction and I have the following problem:

There will be a creative server where there will be plots (plots). Of course there are ways.

The ways are the problem. Although the paths were properly rendered at the spawn

but if I keep running a few plots there are no more ways. It will look like that:

VII. Did someone ever have this problem and got it fixed.

Would appreciate answers.

Can your server process everything so far? Are there mistakes?

I can't jz PlotSquared quite as well, but is there in config settings to prevent that?

Maybe it's time to reload chunks / rejoin / reboot server.

But do not know me so well with it.

I've tried everything server restarted, newly gejoined and chunks reloaded. Unfortunately none of this works.

In the settings.yml I could not find anything synonymous. : /
