For "reasons" I wanted to sign up again on GommeHD.net, so the forum, not the server. Since I forgot both account name and password from that time, I can't get in anymore.
I then re-registered and now I'm to join with my Acc and enter a command. I have a Minecraft Acc, but somehow I can't log in, either by name, email or PW, and it also shows up on minecraft.net that I do not own Minecraft. I have a receipt.
I have seen that there are also unregistered users on GommeHD.net, how does it work? Alternatively, I tried an alto from MCLeaks but could not join.

If you have the receipt and your transaction or order ID at hand, you need to contact Mojang's support, they can help you with that.

The Mojang Support is the cruelest there's.
There are definitely a lot worse, they only need a long time to respond by high traffic.
Unfortunately, there's no other place to fix account issues than official support.
