Host-Unlimited Minecraft Server says action unable to communicate with api Server?

I have rented a new Minecraft server from Host-Unlimited for a couple of weeks and since yesterday I have been unable to start or stop it because I can't press the buttons. And if I want to perform any other function like enable java8 or enable java11 it says "unable to communicate with the api server". This also happens when I type something in the console or want to make a backup. I probably can't reinstall (I did not try it because I do not have a backup to load it on). If it helps you I bought an 8GB RAM server for 30 days and actually intended to extend it but if I can't solve the problem I won't buy a server from host Unlimited even if the prices are good.
