You've already written "Login failed, the login servers are currently down for maintenance." This means the servers for the message are currently being serviced. Just wait and try later.

Since all new purchases since November 2020 require a Microsoft account, your problem will lie here. Without a Micrsoftaccount you can no longer play Minecraft and only if you have an official premium version.

There are many reasons for bans. But the ban only works for the specific server (Hypixel, GommeHD), you can't be blocked globally.
