I'm playing on a public Minecraft server and it's just like spawning monsters when 2-3 players are on but not at a monster farm. I have such a Mobfarm:

Actually yes. But that's what every server decides. I suspect there's the mobspawn set according to the number of players. More players = More mobs that can spawn.
This makes of course such Mob farms of course ineffective. To be sure, you have to ask the server operators.
Ok, thanks for your quick reply. However, it does work like this with another player when no other player is on the server.
Also for it various plugins can be responsible. You should just ask the server. Without knowing the plugins you can't really help.
I have already addressed the owner and know that the Skyblock plugin that you use was programmed. I approached him on a plugin against mobs. He said the server does not have such a plgin.
