Show Minecraft getTPS in scoreboard?

After a long time I'm on the code again, now I try to show the TPS of the server in scoreboatd.

So I have

public static double getTPS () {
return getTPS (100);

}

In one class and the scorboard stops in another

And then stop the line in the scoreboard:

. O.getScore () sets core (0);

Or you can also show the TPS directly, without great circumstance? Please REQUEST Help!
