Aternos server does not work?

I have created an Aternos server (citybiuld_waffel.aternos.me) only when I have the server ON and I enter the address and port EXACTLY as it is at Aternos, then Minecraft tells me to enter a valid address.

Can someone help me there, please?

Maybe you wrote "citybiuld" instead of "citybuild" as in your question

No, the server is really called ctybiuld. But can it also be because aternos does not accept a _?

If so, Aternos would write before creating the server that _ is not accepted

It says on me that the server is just offline lol
