I have ngrok but since I have the free version my ip changes every time and that's stupid if I run a Minecraft server on it and have to give my friends the new ip every time I disconnect. So I'm looking for a free alternative or opportunity. That the server Ip remains the same
The server IP changes even without Ngrok…
So you're doing something wrong, in your case you can almost leave it out…
Use Noip, you have to log in once a month to keep a host name…
