The Wi-Fi in my house is unfortunately so bad that nothing arrives in my room. Therefore I use my cell phone as a proxy interface via the "NetShare" app. The app creates a Wi-Fi hotspot that emits my cell phone. I then connect my PC to the hotspot. The hotspot is unfortunately a proxy connection, which means that I don't have Internet access at Minecraft. Minecraft can't authenticate the DNS servers and so I can't play online. Is there a way to change that somehow, or is there maybe a setting with NetShare where you can forward the WLAN signal "normally"?
I thank you in advance.
Buy either a long LAN cable, Powerline adapter or mobile data
I have everything there, but my father does not allow me Internet, although I'm 19 y / o, LAN cable is no longer necessary and he would notice Powerline adapters, and I do not have infinite mobile data, so the hotspot should be on my cell phone come the pc…
Tf. OK, Powerline as a Wi-Fi repeater? Or is your father a network specialist. Then it gets more difficult
