Why does this error message come from the vServer (Minecraft, VServer)?

I installed a game server on the vServer I bought today (Minecraft Spigot) and additionally Java 13 because I myself use programmed plugins and programmed them in Java version 13. Since version 13 has been installed, the game server has not started and this error message appears:

You just use start arguments that are more in java13 net. The net is bad
