Minecraft crashes when books slices off? (1.14)?

As already said in the title Minecraft steals from me and others as good as any Seitenblättern, remove spaces and so on.

I'm not sure if it was like that in 1.13.2, but I think that's not relevant now. We wanted to write our books on a Minecraft server (1.14), but it crashes every now and then (was not the case on the 1st pages) when the server owner happens the same. He also does not know what the mistake is. Whether it is only on the server or in the single player so I have not tested.

There has been an exploit for some time now, where you can crash the server with books. That's why on most servers you get kicked or crashed by certain anticrash plugins as soon as you open a book or write something in it. If it's the same for your single player, it's probably yours. If it's only on certain servers, it's because of an anticrash plug-in.

What error message comes in the console?
