Minecraft server doesn't start (local)?

I have a Minecraft server on my 32gb PC and I'm wondering why nobody can figure it out except me. The server starts normally and nobody can join everything. Spigot 1.8.8 (port was at least tried to activate telekom speedport smart)

Of course I also tried to endure the firewall and make it public in the control panel Java.

The port should run without problems. At least on your PC. But what surprises me is that the server stops immediately. Can you send me your start file?

The answer was that I had to make the Nat types open, open the ports (gives tutorials on YouTube) and I used the wrong ip. It all helped me, so to speak.
