Server CPU (Minecraft)?

I would have the following question I would like to host an MCServer and would like to bet on the best CPU if possible. The question would be which one is the best?

It is only a server host, I use 6 cores of it.

Intel Xeon Gold 6230

Intel Xeon Gold 6140

AMD Epyc 7702

The Xenon Gold don't do much to each other, but are more suitable than the epyc,

they are not all recommended,

they have many cores but a lower single thread performance and that is what Minecraft is all about

In fact, you would be better advised with a strong 6 core
