I have a quick question:

How can I connect several bungee cords (proxy servers) so that commands and actions are executed on all of them?
e.g. That the TeamChat (/ tc) not only runs on one bungee cord but on all bungee cord servers.

There are special plugins for server-spanning bungeecord. Unfortunately, normal ones can't be used, they have to be installed on every server. You must see the plugin explanation whether your plugin is capable of bungee recordings and is cross-server.
