I've created a Minecraft server and need a MySQL that is external and I can't find anything helpful how to make a MySQL public on Windows
[Windows 10 root server] → [XAMPP] → [phpmyadmin]
/etc/mysql/my.cnf or wherever your Mysql config is located. Since adjust the IP for the binding (specify the public one). Then restart the Mysql server.
