Minecraft PE no animals and monsters?

I've created a Minecraft Pocket Edition server via Minehub, but it does not spawn any animals or mobs. In Server Properties, Spawn animals and Spawn Mob are set to = true. Who can help?

I do not know much about the Minecraft PE but you can spread some Spawner or spawen directly with the eggs. If it's your server, you can definitely switch to creative

But I want to play Survival and they spawn without help.

On what do you have the difficulty? I know that with easy difficulty no opponent can spawn
