I now have a Minecraft server which has an IP made up of numbers (e.g. 123.123.123.123:12345). Then I rented an IONOS domain that I would like to connect to. Can someone tell me where to press exactly on it?
You have to connect the domain name server to its Minecraft hoster, if that allows it.

You have to have access to the complete server.
Then you have to see if that works at all, because it doesn't work everywhere.

You don't have to change the name servers, they can stay that way.
In the DNS administration of your domain you enter the IP of the server as A record and create an srv entry. How this works is explained in the IONOS domain FAQ or you can ask support.
