Minecraft server icon doesn't change?

I uploaded a new server icon to my server via ftp access, of course I named it server-icon.png and scaled it down to 64 x 64 pixels. But for some reason it doesn't change

Is your picture really 64 x 64? As soon as it is a pixel above it will not be recognized

Once compared your png with mine. Mine is only 12kb and yours is 22kb. This suggests that the image size is not exactly 64x64. It is best to recreate it again.
