V-Server not responding in Minecraft (problems with IPV6)?

I know what's up there's confusing, so I'll explain.

So I have a free V-Server (from euserv.com) but the problem is that you do not get an IPV4 there but only an IPV6 I tried to join the IPV6 and it does not work (yes I myself have one) also got a dns address (from noip) that reads:

opgaming.ddns.net

but always the one error, the server does not answer and yes, during which I started the server and had putty open, does anyone know why it says that it does not answer? (So he's online)

I have java8 on the server so I think if I do java -version this will be:

openjdk version "1.8.0_252"

I think this is because your FREE VServer has older versions than java8, you should always have Java8+.
